    Christian Musfeldt

    Christian Musfeldt is a VC and deal lawyer at Osborne Clarke. He is Osborne Clarke’s Berlin Resident, mentor at Deutsche Telekom’s hub.raum and gives lectures at universities and entrepreneurship programs on a regular basis (for instance Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management). Christian started his legal career in corporate law in 2005 and moved inhouse in 2009 as an investment manager/legal counsel with a German corporate venture capitalist (2009-2012). He joined Osborne Clarke in February 2012.

    Julia Knack

    Julia Knack is working in the Starter Center of IHK Berlin, the local Chamber of Commerce. Its mission is to support new and existing companies by political work and personal advice. Julia holds a Master in Political Economy of the EU and then worked for an association of IT companies. Later, she started working at IHK Berlin in a management trainee programme and is now advising people who plan to start a business.

    Max von Grafenstein

    Maximilian von Grafenstein has been a doctoral researcher at the HIIG since 2013 and organizes Startup Clinics helping Internet entrepreneurs with the legal aspects of their business models. His doctoral thesis focuses on the effects of data protection law on innovation processes. Max is a lawyer focusing on copyright, media, data protection and IT law. After professional experiences in media companies as well as a further training program in European film production at the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris, Max founded his own startup, the MAUERSCHAU-App, a digital tour guide based on augmented reality. Max holds an additional master’s degree in international IP and IT law.
