    Gitta Blatt

    Gitta Blatt, Head of People at Wooga, is leading the human resources team since end of 2011. Wooga is one of Europe’s biggest social games developer. Her team consists of dedicated studio recruiter, university relations manager, family supporter, accommodation management, on boarding and integration manager, as well as an employee assistance specialist and studio HR partner. She joined the games industry 5 years ago but worked for web- and entertainment related companies since more than 15 years now. Her daily focus ranges from handling a rapid growth and fighting for the best talents to keeping the high cultural variety and feel-good management, as Wooga employs people from more than 40 nations. Ensuring social interaction and collaboration as well as a clear task ownership and individual responsibility are important parts of the Wooga company culture.

    Alexander Grosse

    Alexander is currently VP Engineering at SoundCloud, the world’s leading social sound platform. Before SoundCloud, he worked as R&D director at Nokia, where he headed Places Development at Nokia’s Location Services and also was responsible for the Operations department. Throughout his career, Alexander has worked in various positions in the software industry (Development, Consulting, CTO), as well as co-founding two start-ups. He holds a Masters in computer science from the University of Oldenburg and an Executive MBA from FOM Berlin. Besides computer science Alexander works(ed) as a techno DJ in Berlin’s party scene.

    Katharina Wunderlich

    Katharina Wunderlich studied law at the universities of Passau and Münster in Germany. During her practical legal training in Berlin, she completed stations with the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, a leading German commercial law firm as well as the German Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia before starting to work for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Berlin (CCI) in 2013. There she works in the legal department and is responsible for consulting entrepreneurs and Berlin-based companies on residence law issues within the Business Welcome Service of the Chamber.
