Her team consists of dedicated studio recruiter, university relations manager, family supporter, accommodation management, on boarding and integration manager, as well as an employee assistance specialist and studio HR partner. She joined the games industry 5 years ago but worked for web- and entertainment related companies since more than 15 years now. Her daily focus ranges from handling a rapid growth and fighting for the best talents to keeping the high cultural variety and feel-good management, as Wooga employs people from more than 40 nations.
