    Ash Maurya

    Ash Maurya is praised for offering some of the best and most practical advice out there for entrepreneurs. He challenges the notion that start-ups should plan based on gut, intuition and luck. Instead he applies a systematic process for rigorously stress testing your “Plan A” until you achieve a plan that works. Ash is the founder of Spark59. He has launched several startups, including successful ventures such as WiredReach. Through his Running Lean workshops, he’s worked closely with entrepreneurs to help them test and refine their vision. Ash holds mentor roles with startup accelerators around the world such as TechStars, Mozilla Foundation, Year One Labs, MaRS, and Capital Factory.

    Tobias Zumbült

    Tobias Zumbült holds a degree in business and engineering with a focus on finance. For the past four years Tobias has led a happy and self-depended working life. He helped build up the online music channel tape.tv and founded his own online video platform. His latest project is the education startup Tollabox.de that he cofounded one year ago. Tollabox.de was, among other things, funded by the most successful crowdfunding campaign in Germany. Tobias’ professional focus lies in Finance, Online Marketing and Tech/Development. Prior to his startup life Tobias gained experience at Volkswagen, Daimler Financial Services in Singapore and Deloitte Consulting.

    Oliver Beste

    Oliver has over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business angel in the internet industry. He is currently a co-founder of Tollabox.de and prior to Tollabox he co-founded FoundersLink, a Berlin-based incubator, and myToys.de, the leading internet retailer for children’s products in Germany with over € 200m in sales. Before myToys, Oliver gathered industry experience over 4 years as a consultant with McKinsey. He received his MPA from Harvard University.

    Alexander Grosse

    Alexander is currently VP Engineering at SoundCloud, the world’s leading social sound platform. Before SoundCloud, he worked as R&D director at Nokia, where he headed Places Development at Nokia’s Location Services and also was responsible for the Operations department. Throughout his career, Alexander has worked in various positions in the software industry (Development, Consulting, CTO), as well as co-founding two start-ups. He holds a Masters in computer science from the University of Oldenburg and an Executive MBA from FOM Berlin. Besides computer science Alexander works(ed) as a techno DJ in Berlin’s party scene.

    Stephanie Birkner completed her doctorate on the (innovation) potential of ambiguity in consulting interventions and was visiting professor for business economics with a focus on business simulations at Jade University of Applied Sciences. After attending the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts and having multiple standalone exhibitions around the world by the age of 22, Urska founded Bellabeat after having volunteered in an organisation helping pregnant women in socially disadvantaged groups.

He leads the product, engineering and design teams responsible for building and optimizing the TaskRabbit experience. Prior to joining TaskRabbit John founded Dogster, a portfolio of premium pet properties that was acquired by Say Media in 2011.     Peter Grosskopf is Chief Development Officer at HitFox Group/FinLeap in Berlin. Before joining HitFox in May 2014, he founded the software engineering company Zweitag in 2008 and grew it within five years to 27 employees.     Dirk Ahlborn is the CEO and co-founder of JumpStartFund, an online crowdsourcing platform for entrepreneurial projects. He is also the CEO of Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, a project initiated by Elon Musk and incubated using JumpstartFund’s crowd collaboration process. Dirk Ahlborn started his career in 1993 as an investment specialist in Berlin, Germany. After moving to Italy in 1997, he founded several companies in the alternative energy and interior design space. In 2006, he successfully sold one of these companies to a global alternative energy conglomerate. Since 2009, he is a part of the Girvan Institute of Technology a non-profit business incubator for start-up tech companies. He co-founded and became CEO of Jumpstarter in 2013, the company that developed the crowdsourcing platform JumpStartFund.
